Anhydrite liquid/flowing screed has been successfully used in continental Europe for over twenty years and it is now becoming increasingly popular in the UK for it's ease of application and advantages over traditional screeds.
Liquid screed is an innovative product which delivers quality, speed and versatility. The product can be laid between 10 to 20 times faster than conventional screed and can be foot trafficked within 36 hours.
Liquid screed is ideal for sub-floor levelling in both commercial and domestic buildings. It provides a smooth, flat surface for the application of all types of floor coverings. The product can be used over thermal or sound insulation and electrical services and can be pumped by KJR liquid screed specialists to areas that may have been previously considered inaccessible.
Under Floor Heating
Liquid screed provides a level surface for floor coverings and tiles, and is ideal for use with under floor heating as its thinner application enhances the performance of most under floor heating systems. Liquid screed also offers great versatility of use with both thermal and acoustic insulation.
